Parsley
I grew our parsley from seed rather than bedding plants this year, and I was very pleased with the results.
Because we had loads of parsley, Jimmy chopped it up and we used it on any dish where it made sense. We’ve always liked this herb, but this year we developed a real appreciation for how much fresh, garden-grown parsley can brighten up the flavor of a meal.
I dried tons of it in the oven and in the dehydrator. I like the way these drying methods yield such a nice color.
Try some of our parsley on boiled baby or new potatoes. You’ll love it.
