We started harvesting some of our pickling cukes when they were quite small and using them on salads. They were so tender and delicious that we decided to try making pickles from the little guys.

 

It’s the same recipe and backstory as our Bread and Butter Pickles…only cuter.

 

Ingredients: Fresh cucumbers, fresh onions, fresh green and red peppers, fresh garlic, pickling salt, sugar, apple cider vinegar, white vinegar, turmeric, celery seed, mustard seed
